A life without good relationships is as good as wallets without money. It becomes a burden to carry around. It’s very important to have good relationships to have a happy life. Then comes the balance of power in a relationship. No matter what sort of relationship it is, power exists init and it should be balanced according to the demand of the situation. For example take the relationship between a husband and wife. Naturally one of them stays in the commanding position. But situation might ask the other one to play the lead role. In this kind of situations one should be respectful to the other to accept his/her command. Having respect for the people you are in a relationship with will only increase the chances that your relationship will grow deeper.
The next thing you should have in a relationship is compromisation. No human being can be perfect. We all have our goods and bads. It is the responsibility of the people in a relationship to be aware of the fact that they should be compromising to one another. It happens so often that there are differences in opinion and relationships go bad. But it could be easily avoided if one of the persons is willing to compromise personal interest for the sake of the relationship.
