Under the reorganization announced, reports say that Samsung Electronics has merged its two major business keys into one lump. Samsung has incorporated its LCD (Liquid Crystal Diode) and semiconductor business under one major business unit called the Device Solution Business. The founders of Samsung said integrating the two units to from a single commercial enterprise means they cans save a lot of their revenues from tax, policies, industries expenses and many oath essentials that are required to control two separate organizations.

Samsung has also united its digital media and telecommunication business into one major name of Digital Media and Communications Business. The spokesperson of the company Rueben Staines say that this unit will handle Samsung electronics branded products such as mobile phones, television, media players, cameras and other such digital media products under a single organization.
